Install the private Eclipse CLI to inspect and update Tickets, Epics, Phases, and Releases through the same application client as the web interface.

Already installed? Run eclipse update check to inspect the current release and eclipse update apply to install it. Eclipse never updates implicitly during an ordinary product command.
